Qualified in 1994, Niki practised with Beauchamps Solicitors and ACC Bank plc before joining McErlean Weir Law Firm as a Partner in 1999.

Niki practises in all areas of property development and investment law, with emphasis on commercial lending, commercial property acquisitions and disposals of property-based lending. 

​

Her experience encompasses all issues surrounding acquisition, development, financing and leasing of property, be it retail, office, industrial or domestic space. 

​

Niki works in close harmony with her partners on the property aspects of receiverships, liquidations and distressed property sales.  She has advised financial institutions, developers, public and private limited companies and retailers, as well as individuals and private investors. 

​

Niki has particular expertise in all aspects of building estate conveyancing and property management structures.
