Kevin qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and established McErlean Weir Law Firm in 1998. Kevin has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in Northern Ireland.

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience as a litigator. His unrivalled expertise has gained Kevin a reputation for excellence in the field. His breadth of experience is well recognised and his professional practice spans a broad range of areas including  employment contract disputes shareholder agreements and insurance policy interpretation.

 

He has successfully handled several high profile cases in the Dublin High court and Commercial Court in recent years.

In the current healthy  market property transactions at MCEW have increased 25% year on year, this includes first time buyers and buyers moving up the property ladder. In a busy practice Kevin is insistent that every client has unique needs that must be provided for and each transaction is subjective. Property transactions are not just about  building and finance, inevitably the personalities  to a transaction must be considered so that a speedy successful outcome can be achieved.
